Quite simply, we offer two ways to support your business.  The first is by implementing a proactive support service, the second is general adhoc daily support.  The latter is reactive by approach, however you still have access to the same expertise and our response times are identical to our proactive service.

All Support customers are supported both remotely, with Conduce accessing your network and controlling any PC within the business, and on-site within guaranteed SLA's

Pay As You Go.....

A flexible alternative to a support contract. You can call us between 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.

There is no contract period, no proactive monitoring (though we will endeavor to check systems onsite), so you can think of this service as simple break/fix.

However we will provide proactive advice and assistance to keep you systems running smooth.
